A LONG overdue update!!!
So life in the Glover household has been crazy the last year.... We arrived in Charleston and within 4 months moved out of an apartment onto a really nice house on base. It was much nicer and larger than where we were living... and it cut Adams commute down to 5 minutes, which has been nice. He spent 6 months up in VA in drydock with his boat which was a bummer, but we did get to see him some. We found out we were expecting this last summer and are looking forward to the arrival of a baby girl in Feb!!!! Logan turned 3 and started preschool and is LOVING it!!! I cant believe how much our little family has changed in the last 12 months!!! Its pretty amazing! Current pictures and more stories coming soon!!! I just figured I needed to have some sort of update!

Oklahoma City to Olive Branch and then to Atlanta
So over the last two days we stopped in Olive Branch Mississippi, which is just outside of Memphis, and then today made it to Atlanta. We now have traveled through 10 states, 5 in the last two days. The weather has stayed in our favor, and Logan is feeling better. We will spend Thanksgiving in Charleston, and hopefully move our stuff into our apartment on Monday. I check into my new command in a week, and am getting nervous and excited. Here are some pictures from the last two days, enjoy.
Hooray, we both love her.
Entering Arkansa, home of...stuff
Like a very pretty church
Now entering Tenessee over the Mississippi River
Yeah, we missed the Mississippi sign, but it was dark.
Beautiful Fall colors along the highway
Sadly there were no blasts while we were driving
Now entering Georgia.
We are now three hours ahead of the west coast.

Albuquerque to Oklahoma City
So we stayed an extra day in Albuqurque on Sunday. Logan caught a cold before we left Santa Cruz, so he was miserable and we decided it was worth it to just wait it out for a day. He felt a lot better today and so off we went. We finished our trip through New Mexico, went through the top part of Texas, and are now halfway through Oklahoma. Tomorrow we will hit a total of four states: the rest of Okalahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, and will then stop in Mississippi for the night. Enjoy the newest pictures by our official trip photographer, Jaime.
On the road again...
An abandoned church in Cuervo, New Mexico. Not sure if it belonged to Jose.
Now entering Texas, and we just lost an hour.
Amazed when we saw this, even more amazed when we saw the cross from over 5 miles away
That's a Hertz Rent-a-Truck next to it. It's huge!

Kingman, AZ to Albequerque, NM
So we made it to our second stop in only 7 1/2 hours. Logan did good and now is passed out and we're enjoying some Chilis before bed. Stay tuned for updates, in the meantime, here are some pics from our adventure so far.
Yes, there are in fact elk in Arizona.
Seen in Flagstaff. Expected that from Santa Cruz, but Flagstaff?
Jaime got this one at the border, amazing she was able to get it at 75 MPH.
Now entering New Mexico
A little church that we saw coming around a mountain on anIndian Reservation.

A new beginning!
Our lives have taken a fun little twist over the last few weeks! Adam just re-enlisted for another 4 years and he's gotten orders to transfer to Charleston, SC. It will be quite an adventure, first moving away from San Diego and then the road trip across the country to our new home. Hopefully we will adjust quickly and make some new friends! Check back soon, as we're planning on updating on whats going on with us!
